3. Precautions for inspection before working of glass edging machine:
①There must be no looseness in the compression nut of the grinding wheel
②The grinding wheel must not have cracks
③The safety cover is fully assembled and reliable
④The front and back, up and down transmission handles are flexible in operation, and there is no noise during operation.
4. Strictly control the adjustment size of the grinding wheel when edging, and the grinding amount should not be too large at a time, so as not to cause wear and breakage of the grinding wheel.
5. If the glass edging machine breaks down during edging, if it is stuck, turn off the main switch immediately.
6. In production, always pay attention to check whether the motor is heating and running abnormally.
7. Pay attention to stacking items neatly, not skewed, not higher than 1, 3 meters and collide with each other, so as not to slip and hurt people.
8. When feeding and running, pay attention to hold it firmly, put it upright, and don't throw it out in order to avoid hurting people.
9. When the ventilation and dust removal device fails, stop working or take measures.
10. When the work is finished, close the electrical port and do the cleaning work.
